The allocator side of private real estate: which public pension, endowment or sovereign fund backed which manager, in which fund, at what vintage, and the net IRR the investor itself reported. Every figure is sourced to the investor's own board or investment-committee document, cited to the page it appears on wherever our extraction recorded one; figures we cannot cite to a specific page are held back rather than shown unverified. A free tool can tell you a pension invests in real estate; it cannot show you the page of the board book.

Each commitment is taken from the investor's own board document and published with that document cited. Where we cannot tie a figure to its document, we hold it back. The commitment graph (investor to manager to fund to vintage to size), with the returns the LP itself reported, is part of GREI Professional.
