Digital Realty agreed to purchase Blackstone-affiliated funds' blended 64% equity interest in three fully-leased Northern Virginia data centers (two in Manassas, one in Sterling; 288MW combined IT capacity) for $3.5 billion ($1.2B cash + $2.3B in Digital Realty shares) -- a $7.8 billion gross portfolio valuation. All three carry 15-year leases to investment-grade hyperscale tenants.
