Fairvest Buys Jozini Mall and Tugela Ferry Mall, KwaZulu-Natal, for $38.9m

Fairvest acquired Jozini Mall (R399.1m) and Tugela Ferry Mall (R274.9m), two Shoprite-anchored KwaZulu-Natal shopping centres serving underserved communities, for a combined $38.9 million (R674 million) from Greater Atlantic Properties and Copperzone 163.
