Folksam buys in Gothenburg

The Folksam Group, through KPA Pension, has acquired another residential rental development in Gothenburg. The project has been purchased from K-Fastigheter and Alhem Fastigheter, through their jointly owned company KAH Holding, for SEK 793 million.
