Rainbow Tourism Group Buys Cape Town Office/Retail Building From Elleke Hospitality for ZAR98m

Zimbabwe-listed Rainbow Tourism Group's South African unit acquired a seven-storey office/retail building at 13 Buitengracht Street, Cape Town, from Elleke Hospitality for ZAR98 million ($5.6m), for conversion into a branded hotel -- RTG's first South African market entry.
