Tristan Capital Partners hat für 55 Mio. Euro 975 Wohnungen in Lüneburg gekauft. Die Verkäuferin Vonovia zieht sich damit aus dem Wohnungsmarkt der Heidestadt zurück. Lokaler Joint-Venture-Partner für Tristan ist die Porth-Gruppe. Geplant sind Modernisierungen und Mietsteigerungen.
