Slate Asset Management and Hamilton Lane, with co-investment led by GFH Partners, acquired a majority equity stake in Cold-Link Logistics -- one of the ten largest privately-held cold-storage platforms in North America, operating nine facilities with about 78 million cubic feet of temperature-controlled capacity across the Central, Northeastern and Southeastern U.S. Founders Michael and Nick Mandich retain a meaningful ownership stake.
