Segro stemt in met overnamebod van 16 mrd euro
De Britse logistiekvastgoedbelegger Segro heeft ingestemd met een overnamebod van het Amerikaanse Prologis. Met de transactie is 14 miljard pond, omgerekend circa 16 miljard euro, gemoeid. De combinatie krijgt 269 miljard dollar aan vastgoed onder beheer.
