Portaal: 'Afschaffing winstbelasting maakt 3.000 extra woningen mogelijk'
Woningcorporatie Portaal stelt dat zij ongeveer 3.000 extra sociale huurwoningen kan bouwen als de vennootschapsbelasting voor corporaties wordt afgeschaft. Volgens de corporatie beperkt de oplopende belastingdruk de ruimte voor nieuwbouw, verduurzaming en investeringen in buurten.
