The top rent remained stable at 33.00 euros per square meter while average rents rose to 20.60 euros per square meter (an 8 percent increase from Q4 2024), and the vacancy rate increased to 5.5 percent by December 2025 from 4.8 percent in Q4 2024, though this remained below the level of top-5 markets.
