Meer hypotheken afgesloten in eerste helft, starterslening steeds populairder
In de eerste helft van 2026 werden zo'n 217.000 hypotheken afgesloten, bijna 5 procent meer dan een jaar eerder. Volgens het Kadaster neemt het gebruik van startersleningen vooral toe: zo'n 8,3 procent tegenover 6,4 procent een jaar eerder.
