Nederlandse portefeuille blijft zwaartepunt in halfjaarcijfers Xior
Studentenhuisvester Xior heeft in de eerste helft van 2026 geprofiteerd van hogere huren en een vrijwel volledig bezette portefeuille. Nederland blijft daarbij met 6.908 studentenunits en 41 procent van de vastgoedwaarde veruit de belangrijkste markt van de onderneming.
