Zagros Renda (GGRC11) Buys Two Brazilian Logistics Warehouses for R$271m
Logistics-focused REIT Zagros Renda (GGRC11) agreed to acquire an under-construction warehouse in the Camacari Industrial Park, Bahia, for R$150 million and a 39.25% stake in a Sao Paulo logistics condominium for R$121.25 million, totalling R$271.3 million.
