PSN acquires office building in Brno for future residential use
Czech real estate company PSN has completed the acquisition of an office building at Botanická 56 in the Brno-Veveří district. The seller was Safichem Group, the industrial group of which tenant Aquatis forms a part. Existing tenancy arrangements remain unchanged, with Aquatis continuing to occupy the building.
