Affinius Capital provided a $35 million refinancing loan for Village Green at Bridgeland Central, a 198,000-square-foot mixed-use development in Cypress, Texas owned by Howard Hughes Communities that includes a 149,000-square-foot retail center anchored by H-E-B grocery store and a 49,000-square-foot Class A office building.
