Gridarch completes centre for BMW

Developer Gridarch has completed the third phase of construction at Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park in Mošnov. Three new industrial buildings including office space with a total leasable area of 124,000 sqm will be used by BMW Group as its overseas logistics distribution centre.

Retail park in Mierzyn nearing completion
