Modiv Industrial, Inc. acquired by Global Net Lease, Inc.

Global Net Lease, Inc. completed its merger with Modiv Industrial, Inc., acquiring Modiv's assets, leases, and operations through a two-step merger structure in exchange for approximately 20,387,757 shares of GNL common stock and $42.3 million in cash for preferred stockholders.
