PGGM neemt risico op Poolse vastgoedleningen van 1,1 mrd over
Pensioenuitvoeringsorganisatie PGGM krijgt via een overeenkomst met mBank blootstelling aan een portefeuille van 1,1 miljard euro aan leningen voor commercieel vastgoed in Polen. De pensioenuitvoerder investeert namens pensioenfonds PFZW in 80 procent van de uitstaande risicopositie.
