Almere voert leegstandsbelasting in voor woningen
De gemeente Almere voert per 1 januari 2027 een leegstandsbelasting in voor woningen die langer dan een jaar niet worden bewoond. De maatregel moet ervoor zorgen dat meer bestaande woningen beschikbaar komen voor woningzoekenden.
