Recordverhuur stuwt huurinkomsten CTP
CTP heeft in de eerste helft van 2026 voor bijna 1,6 miljoen m2 aan huurcontracten gesloten, 55 procent meer dan een jaar eerder. De bruto huurinkomsten stegen met 12,6 procent tot 413,3 miljoen euro, terwijl het nettoresultaat door negatieve herwaarderingen terugviel tot 100 miljoen euro.
