De Nederlandse horeca groeit in 2026 naar verwachting nauwelijks. Consumenten blijven voorzichtig met uitgaven aan restaurants, cafés en vakanties, terwijl de horecaprijzen volgens ING Research gemiddeld met 5 procent stijgen.
