Crown Realty Partners sold the Carling Executive Centre, a three-building, 290,000 sq ft Ottawa office portfolio (90% leased, up from 75% at acquisition seven years ago), to Montreal-based Brasswater for $53 million, marking Brasswater's entry to the Ottawa market; Crown retains the property management and leasing mandate.
