The Aldar-Mubadala joint venture (established 2024) acquired The Link, a mixed-use development at Masdar City, Abu Dhabi spanning about 32,000 sqm across five fully-leased buildings, for Dh654 million ($178 million). Anchor tenants include Masdar and the Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence; the property also includes residential accommodation and a multi-use hall. Seller not disclosed.
