AustralianSuper acquires six UK student properties from Harrison Street
AustralianSuper's new UK Living Platform acquired a six-asset, 1,616-bed purpose-built student accommodation portfolio (The Aspen, Aster House, Huxley Studios, Wick Park, Howard Gardens and Compass) across London, Edinburgh, Belfast, Cardiff, Birmingham and Leicester from Harrison Street Asset Management -- the platform's first acquisition since its October 2025 launch with an initial GBP 500m commitment. Price not disclosed.
