Lango Real Estate agreed to acquire a four-mall African retail portfolio -- Accra Mall, Kumasi City Mall and West Hills Mall in Ghana, plus Ikeja City Mall in Lagos, Nigeria -- from South African-listed REITs Hyprop Investments and Attacq, in a $200 million attributable-value deal funded via a share issuance to the vendors plus partial debt financing arranged by RMB.
