Greystar, via its recently-closed pan-European value-add fund Greystar Equity Partners Europe II, acquired a 216-bed purpose-built student accommodation asset on Church Street, Dublin -- operating at near-full occupancy since 2018 -- from Jersey-based Valeo Groupe Europe. It is Greystar's third major PBSA investment in Ireland and will be operated under its Canvas brand.
