PROREIT agreed to acquire two industrial portfolios for an aggregate $136.8 million: 13 properties in Quebec City (613,000 sq ft, $112.8m) and four in Winnipeg (160,000 sq ft, $24m), from undisclosed vendors, growing its total portfolio to 122 properties and $1.2 billion in assets.
