Kantorenleegstand stijgt in G5, behalve in Utrecht
De Nederlandse kantorenmarkt liet in het tweede kwartaal van 2026 grote verschillen zien in de G5. Leegstand verminderde in Utrecht maar liep op of bleef gelijk in Amsterdam, Den Haag, Rotterdam en Eindhoven.
