Outlook Bouwinvest: Topkantoren en winkels profiteren van herstel, hotels blijven achter
Bouwinvest verwacht voor de Nederlandse commerciële vastgoedmarkt een geleidelijk herstel richting 2028. Vooral hoogwaardige kantoren en winkelvastgoed bieden volgens de belegger perspectief, terwijl de hotelmarkt in 2026 en mogelijk ook 2027 last krijgt van de hogere btw op overnachtingen.
