Modern Retail Real Estate Supply in Poland Exceeds 14 Million Square Metres
Poland's modern retail property stock grew by over 200,000 sq m in H1 2026 to exceed 14 million sq m by end-June, with 738 functioning properties and market saturation at 374 sq m per 1,000 residents, according to Colliers data.
