Woningcorporatie Cazas Wonen wil het Prinsessenhof in Mijdrecht herontwikkelen en het aantal woningen verhogen van 37 naar circa 70. De bestaande sociale huurwoningen worden gesloopt vanwege funderingsproblemen en maken plaats voor vooral sociale huurappartementen.
