Barendrecht wil meer sociale huurwoningen voor eigen inwoners
Barendrecht wil meer sociale huurwoningen met voorrang kunnen toewijzen aan inwoners uit de eigen gemeente. Het college mikt op 60 tot 70 procent lokale voorrang, terwijl de wettelijke grens nu op 50 procent ligt. Een regionale pilot moet daarvoor een eerste verruiming mogelijk maken.
